Contact our customer service team if you need to cancel within 24 hours or after purchase. Please read on to learn more about the importance of timing your purchase
1) Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
If within 24 hours, we have not shipped and received your request to cancel the order, we will cancel the order for you and the money will be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.
2) After shipped, request to cancel the order
You will have to pay the return fee if your order has been shipped and the order has already been processed, the return fee is 20% of the order amount. You must ensure that the products remain in the original packaging and include the receipt. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund. the money will also be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.
3) Cancellation initiated by us:
Suppose it is due to our own reasons, such as including but not limited to out of the stock, incorrect delivery address of the package, undeliverable, etc… In that case, we will take the initiative to cancel the order for you, and the money will be returned to your account within 1-3 working days.
Blue Flag is committed to quality, but we also understand that items may be damaged or incorrectly delivered. We offer a 30-day return policy where you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. For more information, please see the following:

-List of shipping addresses
-Attached photos of the outside packaging
-An explanation for the reason you are returning
The attached photos clearly show the evidence of the damaged/faulty item.
The warranty does not cover damage to the outside of the package. If for the customer’s own reasons, you decide to return the item, 20% will be deducted from your total amount refund. If there is a problem with the merchant’s product or shipping, we support free returns.
Please attach no more than 3 images (jpg.gif.png) each not exceeding 2MB.
After our customer service team has reviewed and approved your request, you will receive instructions to return your item via email along with a return shipping label from either FedEx/USPS. 3)Receive a Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or denial of the refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method. It may take up to a few days for your bank/credit card company to process the refund. The exact time depends on the processing efficiency of the bank or credit card.
If your package was not delivered to the address you provided, and we have received it back, we will issue a full refund. We will also process your request to change your shipping address so that you can receive your product. A confirmation email will follow shortly.
